Warranty Coverage

Nexlink Communications guarantees the devices are free from defects in material and workmanship, which will result in product failure during normal usage. During the warranty period Nexlink will repair or replace at Nexlink’s sole discretion any defective parts, or parts that will not properly operate for their intended use with new or refurbished replacement parts. This warranty does not cover defects in appearance, cosmetic or decorative items. This written warranty shall be null and void if the products are altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Nexlink Communications. This warranty is not transferable. All warranties under this return policy implied by law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period. Nexlink’s limit of liability under this warranty shall be the actual cash value of the product at the time the product is returned and in no case shall exceed the original purchase price of the product. Nexlink shall not be liable for any other losses or damage to the product under this warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Water Damage, Customer Abuse, Physical Damage, i.e. cracked LCD, broken housing, or missing parts. If an item shows signs of extensive wear and it is determined to have been damaged by the user, the warranty will not be considered applicable.

  • Any item advertised as “untested, sold as is”, “used” or “for repair” is NOT eligible for exchange or credit.

  • All returned merchandise is subject to review and will be returned in the physical condition in which Nexlink received it. If the handset is unable to be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, it will be replaced or credited at Nexlink discretion. 
    Please Note: all cloud-based locked products must be disassociated from an Apple ID/Cloud based ID (Apple, Samsung, MDM, etc.) or we cannot repair the device, nor provide a credit for the device.

  • All accessories that are sent with the defective unit will be returned once the handset has been returned or will be credited if a credit is issued. Accessories will NOT be replaced unless defective (Must be noted).

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item within the warranty period. Items that arrive in our facility after the warranty has expired may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or may be returned to sender without processing.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our facility. All products will be returned with an approved RMA number which must be clearly written on both the outside and inside of the packaging.

Submitting an RMA is a Quick and Easy Process

  1. Send an email to RMA@nexlinkcommunications.com with your RMA request.
  2. Please include in your email:
    • Item
    • Reason for return
    • ESN/MEID (one per line)
